Set LibreOffice to Open on Windows Startup

LibreOffice can be set to open on Windows startup. This can be done in order to reduce startup time of the application when the user would like to create or edit a file.

If Libreoffice is currently set to open on Windows start up, and this is unwanted behavior, the following instructions can be followed as well.

    1. Go to Tools ▸ Options (Or Alt + F12)
    2. Select General under the LibreOffice sub-section
    3. Check/Uncheck the box check box next to "Load LibreOffice during system start-up"
