How do I insert a landscape formatted page in a document where other pages are portrait formatted?
To change from a Portrait orientation to a Landscape orientation:
- put the cursor where you want to insert a page formatted to Landscape in your document;
- select ▸ ▸ (the Manual breaks menu was directly under the Insert menu in versions prior to 6);
- on the dialog box that opens, select Page Break;
- in the Styles list, select the Landscape page style; and
- click OK.
To come back to the Portrait format for the rest of the document:
- put the cursor where you want to stop the Landscape format in your document;
- select ▸ ▸ ;
- on the dialog box that opens, select Page Break;
- in the Styles list, select the style previously used, for example Default Style; and
- click OK.
