This page is all about the LibreOffice Impress Remote – a handy tool for controlling Impress slideshow presentations from a mobile device.
Background
Originally for Android, the Impress Remote is now available on iOS, and Pebble smartwatch as well.

Builds
Stable Builds
If you are interested in using the remote, you can find released builds of the app
For Android
- on F-Droid
- on Google Play
For iOS
- on the iOS App Store
For Pebble
You will also need a reasonably recent version of LibreOffice itself.
Testing Builds
For QA and testing
Android:
- Get the latest from the dev-downloads server
- Some older builds are available from the downloadarchive server
iOS:
- None, currently (due to the limitations on provisioning from Apple)

History
The Impress Remote Server and Android App were intially developed mainly by Andrzej Hunt during the 2012 GSoC term, kindly sponsored by Google. Further development on the Android app was done by Artur Dryomov during the 2013 GSoC, again kindly sponsored by Google. An iOS app was developed by Siqi Liu, also during the 2013 GSoC, again kindly sponsored by Google.
In January 2015, an Impress Remote app for the Pebble smartwatch was unveiled.
