Chart Legend Line Width
I have to prove correct function of a system with data read from the PLC. Customers are used to see the setpoint as a transparent bar and the measured value as a thin line in the same color. In the legend it's really difficult to distinguish the lines shown with the same width.
WEB-View for Form layout no longer available
It seems that for complex Form layouts all fields only with WEB view are visible, Print view cuts away the bottom of the view. fields from that area all will be shown overlapping at the bottom of the view. Someone who needs such complex form layouts can't use later LibO versions. The sample document and screenshots in the bug report show the problem very well, but unfortunately that's not a "real life" demo.
With 3.4 LibO got a much more flexible borders dialog what allows to select style and width for the border separately. It seems that change caused some incompatibility issues with old documents. Same problem in CALC! It's easy to imagine that this problem can make lots of documents unusable for some users.
Rotated flipped shapes
I have lots of Drawings with elements where the congruent parts of the element have been created and added by rotating and flipping a copy of the first element part (for details please see second sample in the bug report). All these Drawings are unusable with 3.5.0, I will have to use a Server installation of 3.4.5 in parallel for my needs - that's not acceptable for normal users. -- Rainer Bielefeld 2012-02-08T06:49:08 (CET)
Pasted object not same position
When you use DRAW for technical sketches you do lot of copa / paste / flip / rotate, cut-paste to change layer or similar operations. for all that it's important that the pasted object is at the same position as the source. If not effective work is impossible because you have to correct position of pasted object every time.
