Talk:Documentation/Calc Functions/FORECAST
SF comments
- (1) Returns. Suggest deleting “value” directly after “given”.
- (2) Arguments, 2nd and 3rd paragraphs. Suggest changing “y’s” to “y values” and “x’s” to “x values”.
- (3) Arguments, 1st bullet. Insert space after “division”.
- (4) Arguments, 2nd bullet. My understanding is that the data arrays can be two-dimensional and therefore it is misleading to talk about their length.
- (5) Arguments, 3rd bullet. Presumably, “of then” should read “of them”. Change “value(#VALUE!)” to “#VALUE!”.
- (6) Additional details, 1st line. Name of function spelt incorrectly.
- (7) Additional details, 2nd line. Should this be centred?
- (8) Examples, 1st formula. Contains an error – presumably, semicolon after “B1” should be a colon.
- (9) Examples. Why use upper case letters in “Y value” and “X value”, when lower case letters were used higher up the page?
