I have some notes to these two strings:

- Since the function To page was very often misinterpreted, it was decided to remove it from the Context menu.

- However, the Anchor To page function is still accessible through the Styles/Frame Styles.

This option was removed from context and standard menu.

It is not available in menu so far, you can find it in "Properties" dialog.
