DevRoom
The Open Document Editors DevRoom is scheduled for Saturday, February 1 (from 10:30AM to 7:00PM, room UB4.136).

Recording Permission
We will record and stream all main tracks, devrooms and lightning talks live. The recordings will be published under the same licence as all FOSDEM content (CC-BY). If, exceptionally, you believe there is a legitimate reason why your presentation should not be streamed or recorded, you must seek our agreement before submitting it.
In the “Submission notes” field, please indicate that you agree to have your presentation recorded and published under the same license as all FOSDEM content (CC-BY). For example: “If my speech is accepted for FOSDEM, I hereby agree to be recorded and to have recordings - including slides and other presentation related documents - published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) 4.0 International License. Sincerely, Name”.
Lightning Talks
The last slot in the program will be lightning talks.
Social Dinner
Saturday, February 1st, from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM. The venue is at ICAB, 4 rue des Pères Blancs, 1040 Etterbeek.
IMPORTANT: We can accommodate up to 100 people, so everyone is kindly asked to add their name (and possibly the email for last minute communications) to the list. For organizational reasons, we will not be able to accept people who have not confirmed their presence by Tuesday, January 28.

Certification
The certification sessions are scheduled for Sunday, February 2nd 12a.m. in UB4.132. It will be the first time, that we will have more than three applicants, coming from Asia and Europe, the detailed schedule of in-person and jitsi-meeting is under construction to meet time zones. Normaly it is open to attend for everyone, but Applicants will be asked in beforehand, if it is ok to have an audience.
In addition there will be an Open Meeting of the certification committee for all interested at the FOSDEM Hackfest on Monday, February 3rd 11 a.m. in the venue of the TDF Hackfest. We will gather at the Hackfest room (search for Italo and Lothar) and then have a look for appropriate room. The meeting will be held without a specific agenda but with the opportunity to have a Q&A session and discussion for all interested stakeholder (cert com (all profiles), certified people (all profiles), interested professionals in application for certification, ...).
Please add your name and email if you plan to be at the meeting, and if you are available as a certification reviewer (of course, if you belong to the list of certification reviewers).
