How to select all the data on a sheet
- Press Ctrl + Home or click on A1 to select that cell
- Press Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + End
Note
- Ctrl + A, or a click on the intersection of the row numbers and the column headers, selects the whole sheet, including the empty rows
- Ctrl + * selects only the current contiguous range (the same as the range selection tool in the navigator)
- If you position the mouse on the last cell and then go back to the beginning (with Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + Home) it works but... you need to know which is the last cell
