    (1) Summary. Suggest changing to – “Calculates the portion of a periodic payment which goes towards repaying the principal for a fixed rate loan or annuity.”.
    (2) Returns. For consistency with IPMT, suggest re-rewording as follows – “Returns a real number (in currency units) which is the amount of a payment going towards repaying the principal for the given parameters.”. Clarify that the currency unit is that used to specify PV and FV. Should we state that the result is formatted as a currency by default?
    (3) Arguments, general. Please align this section with the contents of the same section on the IPMT page.
    (4) Additional details. Please include the new paragraph that I suggested in my comments on the corresponding section for IPMT.
    (5) Examples, Descriptions. These need re-writing for several reasons. (i) The function is not calculating the “periodic monthly payment”; rather it is calculating the amount of the periodic payment that is repaying part of the principal, for the period specified. (ii) The period required is not mentioned in the text (it is the first period in both cases). (iii) Neither Description begins with an upper-case letter. (iv) To reduce slightly awkward grammar, delete “how high is” and replace question mark with full stop. (v) Change “cash value” to “present value”. (vi) Change “is always paid” to “payments are always made”. (vii) Delete bracketed text at the end.
    (6) Examples, 2nd example. In the second sentence, change “beginning” to “end”. Also, the value in the Returns column is incorrect for this formula.
