    (1) Summary. Add “, with an optional final lump sum”.
    (2) Returns. Delete “(PV)”. Change “parametric constraints” to “arguments”. Mention that by default the result is formatted as a currency.
    (3) Arguments, Rate. Insert “decimal” before “fraction”. Change “periodic interest rate” to “fixed interest rate per period”.
    (4) Arguments, Nper. Change “periods (payment period)” to “payment periods”.
    (5) Arguments, Pmt. Change “constant annuity paid in each period” to “the payment made each period. If FV is specified, this may be left blank in which case Pmt defaults to 0”. Please include an example of this omission in the Examples section.
    (6) Arguments, FV. Change “desired value (future value) at the end of the periods” to “the future value (cash balance) that you wish to attain at the end of the term”.
    (7) Arguments, Type. Please make sure that this description is the same as other occurrences of this argument for functions that I have already reviewed.
    (8) Additional details, general. Include links to Wikipedia pages entitled “Present value” and “Future value”.
    (9) Additional details, formula. This formula will not work for obvious reasons if Rate = 0. Please add the separate equation given in the ODF for the special case of Rate = 0.
    (10) Additional details. Remove “LibreOffice”.
    (11) Additional details. Note box. This suggestion could be applied to most Calc functions and I do not think it is worth including here. Suggest deletion.
    (12) Examples, 1st example. Replace question mark with full stop. I think the term “payment period” is ambiguous and so would replace the second sentence with “Payments are made for 48 months and 20,000 currency units are to remain at the end of that period”. Change “Under the named conditions” to “For the specified inputs”. Delete “(Type = 0 by default)”. At the end add “Type = 0 by default and so payments are assumed to be made at the end of each payment period”.
    (13) Examples, 2nd example. Replace question mark with full stop. I think the term “payment period” is ambiguous and so would replace the second sentence with “Payments are made for 48 months and 20,000 currency units are to remain at the end of that period”. Replace “(Due at the beginning)” with “Type = 1 and so payments are assumed to be made at the beginning of each payment period”.
