    Default Style

The objective is to create a visually pleasing default style (for headings, bullets, tables, headers and footers, etc...) so that new (and advanced) users can create nice looking documents without hassle.

    Requirements

    • Should use fonts that ship on all platforms
    • Can use a color palette, but should look nice in black&white printing too
    • The default style should be useful for many common tasks, not just eg. writing technical documentation

    Admonition blocks and others

While anything more than styles are likely out of scope for the default document, a more advanced template could hold example admonition blocks for eg. TIP, NOTE and IMPORTANT or default table example styles etc. Similar to how the LibreOffice conference presentation template offered pleasing demo slides.
