Anyone could add feature into LibreOffice like a normal change. This page just provides some hints for developing more complex features.

• master has to stay usable, so please develop bigger changes in feature branches and merge them when they become usable
• ask an expert, if you are unsure about some changes; ask them via E-mail, on IRC, or in Bugzilla
• summon the UX design team in case of controversal changes in the user interface
• summarize the discussion and results on a wiki page when it gets too complicated, e.g. Features/XXX
